We are focused on neighborhoods on the beautiful West side, such as East Garfield Park and North Lawndale.

Lotus Property Group LLC started in 2017 with a thesis that Chicago's middle market was being passed over by serious capital.
We began by developing a single lot and have since expanded our platform to develop multiple smaller multifamily buildings annually throughout Chicago's West Side.
